Returns Policy

We want you to love your Cheeky Badger Wear, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve made returning items simple and fair.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, and we’ll cover return postage for faulty/incorrect items.

How to Start a Return

  • Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase or the packing slip.

Return Postage and Fees

  • For standard returns (change of mind), return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid returns label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

  • Refunds will exclude the original shipping cost unless the entire order is returned and the reason is our error.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exchange requests will be processed subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

  • Sale refunds will be issued at the amount paid.

  • Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.

  • If a return parcel is lost in transit, please provide proof of postage. We may require a postal investigation before issuing a refund.
